Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA)

Imperial Cyber Group(ICG) seeks Target Digital Network Analysts (TDNAs) to support coreIntelligence Community (IC) missions at multiple locations. As a TDNA, you will be allowed to showcase your SIGINT analysis talent and expertise while supporting missions vital to national security.

What you get to do

As a TDNA, you will:

• Ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information
• Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis
• Identify intelligence gaps to tailor the current collection or enable a new collection to close the gaps
• Employ multiple analysis disciplines, such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage, and digital footprints
• Apply your knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions
• Be part of a team, working together with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared insights of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise
• Apply your innate curiosity and analytical talent to form hypotheses, critically assess and choose analysis techniques, then query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to attain and share insights
• Distill, document, contextualize and share your findings--including any new tradecraft that you develop--with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers

You'll bring these qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph
• Relevant experience requires aspects of Intelligence Analysis (e.g., target development, social network analysis, metadata analysis, and knowledge of customer tool sets and databases). 
• In some cases, foreign language proficiency may also be used to satisfy experience requirements.
• Specific labor category determined by years of experience + educational degrees:

1. Level 1
   2 years applicable experience with a bachelor’s degree, OR
   4 years applicable experience with associate degree
   6 years applicable experience without degree
2. Level 2
   2 years applicable experience with a PhD, OR
   3 years applicable experience with a master’s degree, OR
   5 years applicable experience with a bachelor’s degree, OR
   7 years applicable experience with an associate degree
3. Level 3
   4 years applicable experience with a PhD, OR
   6 years applicable experience with a master’s degree, OR
   8 years applicable experience with a bachelor’s degree, OR
   10 years applicable experience with an associate degree
   12 years applicable experience without a degree
4. Level 4
   7 years applicable experience with a PhD, OR
   9 years applicable experience with a master’s degree, OR
   11 years applicable experience with a bachelor’s degree, OR
   13 years applicable experience with an associate degree
   15 years applicable experience without a degree
